Using HyperCoach

By using HyperCoach (hypercoach.xyz) you agree to these terms and to our Privacy page; if you don't, please don't use it. “HyperCoach”, “we” and “us” mean the service and its operator, HyperCoach. You must be 18 or older, and not a person or in a country that U.S. sanctions bar us from serving. Sign-ups are by invitation for now.

HyperCoach reads the public trading data of the wallets on your account, rebuilds it into trades, and shows you your record, your habits and coaching on them. It never holds your keys; signing in with a wallet is a signature, never a transaction. It is independent: not made, endorsed or supported by Hyperliquid or any exchange.

Not financial advice

Everything HyperCoach shows is information about your own past trading and the market. It is not investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.

• Coaching points out patterns in your own past trades, with the evidence behind each. It is educational: it never tells you what, when or how much to trade, and it promises no result.
• Market readings, such as the Markets list on Home, describe what a market is doing, not a trade to make.
• The daily market note is written by an AI model from market-wide data and can be wrong.

We are not your adviser or broker and owe you no fiduciary duty. Trading perpetuals is risky and you can lose all the money you put in. Your trades are your responsibility.

How accurate it is

Numbers are our best reconstruction from Hyperliquid's public data, and we work hard to get each one right. Data can still arrive late, be incomplete or be wrong. Where we can't know a number we show a dash (—), not a guess. Don't rely on HyperCoach for tax returns or accounting.

Your account and what you share

• Keep your ways to sign in secure; you are responsible for what happens in your account. Add only wallets you have a reason to track. A pasted address never signs anyone in.
• What you write is yours. You let us store and process it only to run HyperCoach for you.
• When you publish a trade receipt, you let us show it, and the preview picture apps like X and Telegram display for its link, to anyone with the link until you revoke it. You can hide the dollar amounts first. Apps may keep a preview they already showed. Publish only what is yours to share.
• HyperCoach itself (its software, design and name) is ours. If you send us feedback, we may use it.
• You can stop using HyperCoach at any time, and ask us to delete your account.

Fair use

Don't try to get into someone else's account or around our security, overload the service or scrape it with bots, use HyperCoach to break the law or to mislead or harass anyone, or copy or resell it. We may suspend an account that does.

The service

HyperCoach is early and changes often: we may add, change or remove features, or pause the service to fix or improve it. It is free today; if we add paid plans, you'll see the price and the billing, renewal, cancellation and refund terms before anything is charged. Signing in with Google, Telegram or a wallet is also covered by that service's own terms.

No warranty

HyperCoach is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential losses from using HyperCoach or relying on what it shows, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of $100 or what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. If you break these terms or publish something that isn't yours to share and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs.

Changes and the law

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and we'll tell you in the app or by email before a significant change takes effect; using HyperCoach afterwards means you accept them. We may pass these terms to a company that takes over HyperCoach (for example, one we form); they then apply between you and it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Louisiana, USA, without removing any protection the law where you live gives you that can't be waived. Before bringing a claim, email support@hypercoach.xyz and give us 30 days to resolve it. Either of us may use small-claims court; otherwise, claims go to the courts of Louisiana.
