Effective 27 September 2026
HyperCoach turns your public Hyperliquid trades into a private journal. We store only what you give us, we never ask for your private key or seed phrase, and we don't show ads, sell your data or share it for advertising.
What we store
HyperCoach runs hypercoach.xyz and is responsible for your data. Sign-ups are by invitation for now.
- How you sign in. Your wallet address, proven by a one-time signature (Sign-In with Ethereum, never a transaction); the email, name and picture Google shares (nothing else); your email address, for a one-time code (no password); or your Telegram ID, name, username and photo if shared. Plus a record of which ways in are on your account and when each was added or removed.
- Your wallets and trades. Up to three addresses, their names, which is primary and whether you proved ownership (a pasted address never signs anyone in). We copy each one's fills, orders, positions, funding and account value from Hyperliquid's public API and rebuild them into trades. Public addresses still count as your personal data once they are on your account.
- What you write. Trade plans, notes, reviews, setups and tags. Private unless you publish a receipt.
- Your Telegram brief, if you turn it on. The chat, your Telegram username and first name, your settings, and a copy of each brief (a summary of your own trading) with its delivery record, so it arrives once. Deleted with your account. Telegram carries each brief to you.
- Cookies and logs. Sign-in cookies, one cookie that remembers which wallet you last viewed (a year, on this browser), and a few small browser preferences, such as which screens you have seen. All are needed for the site to work, so there is no cookie banner. We don't track you across sites, so Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control have nothing to switch off. Our hosting and database providers log technical data, such as IP address and browser type, to run and secure the service.
How we use it
To build your journal and coaching, sign you in and keep others out, send the codes and briefs you ask for, and keep the service secure and within our data sources' limits. Our grounds: running the service you signed up for, keeping it secure (our legitimate interest), and your consent for the Telegram brief, which you can withdraw at any time.
Coaching on your trades is computed by our own code. The only AI is the Desk's daily market note, written with Anthropic's Claude from market-wide data only; it never receives your trades, wallets, notes or identity.
What is public
Your wallet addresses and trades are public on Hyperliquid whether or not you use HyperCoach. Your account, your ways to sign in and everything you write are not.
A trade receipt is public only once you publish it: anyone with its link can see it, and its details may identify your trade on-chain. You can hide the dollar amounts first, and revoke the link at any time from the receipt or from Public receipts in the wallet menu. Revoking stops the link; the receipt stays saved in your account, and copies someone already downloaded or opened may remain.
Who handles it
These services run parts of HyperCoach, each seeing only what it needs. Data is stored in the United States (database in California), so it travels there if you are elsewhere.
Removing your data
We keep your data while your account exists. In Settings you can:
- Remove a wallet. It leaves your journal and frees its slot; its history and notes stay on your account, so adding it back brings them back.
- Remove a way to sign in, so it can no longer open your account. Your last one stays.
- Turn off the Telegram brief, or send /stop to the bot to unlink the chat.
To delete your account and everything you have written, email support@hypercoach.xyz. There is no delete button yet; we do it by hand. Copies in our providers' backups and logs expire on their own schedules. Your trades stay on Hyperliquid, which we don't control.
You can also ask us to show, correct, copy or delete your personal data, or to stop a use you object to. We reply within 30 days. In the EU, the UK or places with similar laws, you can also complain to your data-protection authority.
Security
Your records are locked to your account by the database itself: a signed-in person can read only their own. Adding or removing a way to sign in asks you to prove it's you again. No system is perfectly secure; if your data is ever exposed in a breach, we'll tell you.
Age and changes
HyperCoach is for adults; it isn't meant for anyone under 18. When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it, and we'll tell you in the app or by email before a significant change takes effect. Questions: support@hypercoach.xyz.
